Purchase of MUCKOFF Paid Gift Vouchers
- MUCKOFF Hand Car Wash and Master Detailing Centre provides online facilities for the purchase of Gift Vouchers via our website: www.muckoff.com.au/gift-vouchers. MUCKOFF Gift Vouchers purchased online are for pre-set amounts (being $20, $50, $100, $200, $300 or $500) which can be selected at the time of purchase.
- MUCKOFF Gift Vouchers can also be purchased in-store for any chosen full-dollar amount (from $20 to $500), as nominated by the purchaser at the time of purchase.
- All transactions are processed in AUD, and all prices are inclusive of GST.
- Paid Gift Vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. This period cannot be extended.
- The purchaser’s details (i.e. full name, mobile number & email address) must be provided accurately at the time of purchase. The gift recipient’s details should also be included (i.e. Gift Vouchers are non-transferrable). These details are required for security and verification purposes in the instance the Gift Voucher is ever damaged, stolen or unauthorised activity is suspected.
- MUCKOFF Gift Vouchers purchased online can either be emailed to the purchaser or emailed directly to the gift recipient. Alternatively, MUCKOFF Gift Vouchers can be printed by the purchaser (for inclusion in a greeting card for example, at the purchaser’s discretion).
- MUCKOFF Gift Vouchers purchased in-store can be emailed to the purchaser or the gift recipient, or alternatively, the purchaser may request MUCKOFF post the physical Gift Voucher to the gift recipient’s postal address.
- Electronically delivered Gift Vouchers (i.e. sent via email), do NOT incur a delivery fee.
- Gift Vouchers that are purchased in-store and where postage is requested by the purchaser, will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $10.00 AUD (per postal address). This shipping fee is payable by the purchaser, at the time of the Gift Voucher sale.
- All Gift Vouchers are shipped within 2-working days, using Australia Post Express Service (in a pre-paid envelope). MUCKOFF will provide the purchaser with a tracking number via SMS, once the Gift Voucher has been shipped. Customers can visit: www.austpost.com.au to track mail delivery.
- MUCKOFF Hand Car Wash & Master Detailing Centre takes no responsibility for electronic communications which are not delivered due to incorrect information provided, or issues out of our control.
- In the instance that our email has not been received by the purchaser or gift recipient (in their email Inbox within 24-hours from the time of purchase), we advise a check of Spam/Junk Folders be conducted for incorrectly filtered mail. Use of MUCKOFF Paid Gift Vouchers
- MUCKOFF Gift Vouchers can be used to obtain hand car washing & detailing services at either MUCKOFF South Yarra or MUCKOFF Malvern locations, unless otherwise stated on the Voucher.
- Bookings are essential to use the Gift Voucher. Booking can be made by phone or via our Online Booking Form on the MUCKOFF website: www.muckoff.com.au.
- A MUCKOFF Gift Voucher can be used towards any available service on MUCKOFF’s Service Menu.
- Each MUCKOFF Gift Voucher can only be used once and should be used in full within a single transaction i.e. the total spend should be of equal or greater value than the value of the Gift Voucher.
- If a service of lesser value is selected, change cannot be issued.
- If a service of greater value is selected, the difference must be paid by the customer using one of MUCKOFF’s acceptable payment methods (i.e. cash, EFTPOS, Master Card, Visa Card) prior to the vehicle’s collection.
- MUCKOFF Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, nor used towards the purchase of new Gift Vouchers.
- If your Gift Voucher is stolen or you suspect unauthorised activity, immediately report this to MUCKOFF Management by emailing info@muckoff.com.au and providing all details including; your full name, contact phone number, proof of purchase and the Gift Voucher Number. We will also require photo ID for verification purposes.
- MUCKOFF Hand Car Wash & Master Detailing Centres reserve the right to alter the Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions at their discretion, without prior notice. The most up to date T&C will be available on our website: www.muckoff.com.au
