A MUCKOFF team member will contact you in order to confirm your booking, either by reply email or on the phone number provided on the online booking form, within 24-36 hours.
Bookings not confirmed by our staff may not have not been scheduled for whatever reason, and will fall into the ‘first-in first-served’ daily program.
If you require same-day-service, you must call your preferred location to book.
Bookings will be held for a 15-minute window from the preferred drop-off time, supplied on the booking form. If you are running more than 15-minutes late for any reason, please contact us via telephone to advise. Generally, after this 15-minute window, priority service cannot be guaranteed, as this is dependent on other bookings and work we have committed to. This may result in your service falling into the ‘first-in first-served’ daily program.
In saying this, we endeavour to accommodate our clients' needs whenever possible.
