We will always do our best to accommodate where we can, however please understand that this is not always possible.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS

3 things I should do BEFORE I visit MUCKOFF to help reduce the risk of COVID-19:
  1. PLEASE CALL TO RE-SCHEDULE IF YOU ANSWER 'YES' TO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:
    • Do I have any cold/ flu-like symptoms (e.g. fever, chills or sweats, cough, sore throat etc)?
    • Have I tested positive to COVID-19 in the last 14-days?
    • Am I awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test?
    • Have I been in contact with anyone who has tested positive to COVID-19 in the last 14-days?
    • Am I a returned traveller who has spent time in hotel quarantine in the last 14-days?
  2. REMOVE RUBBISH
    Rule of thumb: If it cannot be vacuumed, it should probably be removed. Please dispose of empty cups and bottles, used tissues & any other rubbish from your floor, console, door pockets etc. If you cannot do this prior to your visit, both our sites have conveniently located rubbish bins which customers can use to dispose of such items. This will reduce the amount of time staff are taking to dispose of rubbish while lessening the likelihood of contact with contagions.
  3. REMOVE/STORE PERSONAL BELONGINGS
    Personal belongings such as clothing, shoes, beauty products, children's or pet's toys, bags, shopping, laptops etc should either be removed from the vehicle or alternatively placed in a bag that our staff can easily work around. If these items need to remain in the vehicle, placing them in the boot of the car will allow us to ensure your cabin is free from clutter and can be thoroughly cleaned & sanitised.

TIME FRAMES

When an online booking has been submitted and confirmation received, please allow the time frames below as a GUIDE ONLY, as to how long your service may take.

A more accurate time will be quoted by our staff member upon vehicle drop-off.

Standard Wash Services

  • Basic Wash = 25 minutes
  • Super Wash = 45 minutes
  • Deluxe Wash = 60 minutes

Premium Wash Services

  • MUCKOFF Special Wash (Interior OR Exterior) = 2.5 hours
  • Full MUCKOFF Special (our ‘Mini-Detail’) = 3-4 hours

Master Detailing Services

  • Interior OR Exterior Detail = 8 hours - 24 hour turn-around
  • Full Detailing Service = 24 hour turn-around

CONT. TIME FRAMES

Disinfection & Sanitation Services

  • Touch-Point Cleaning & Disinfection = 3-4 hours
  • Deep Cleaning & Disinfection = 24 hour turn-around

Speciality & Supplementary Services (in addition to base service)

  • In-Car Air Quality Sanitation Treatment = 30 minutes extra

All Other Services = TBA

NOTES

We do not want to rush your service nor compromise the quality of our work. By allowing for the timeframe advised upon drop-off, we can ensure you will be delighted with the end result.

Bookings will be held for a 15-minute window from the preferred drop-off time selected on the booking form. If you are running more than 15-minutes late for any reason, please call us ASAP to advise. After this 15-minute window, priority service cannot be guaranteed. In saying this, we endeavour to accommodate our clients' needs wherever possible.
